Global supply of copper scrap has normalised after an increase in the last few months, Glencore said in a report today. This, along with higher risk of mine disruptions and favourable demand, is likely to support prices of copper, the report said.Glencore is the world's largest copper supplier, and the third largest producer of mined copper. Copper scrap supply had increased in the market during Jan-Jun after copper prices started recovering in November 2016.
