NTPC, Sun Pharma, Hero MotoCorp, Cipla and Bharti Airtel are top gainers while Tata Steel, GAIL, ITC, HDFC Bank and HUL are losers in the Sensex.
The market has picked up pace as the Nifty is above 8100. The 50-share was up 41.35 points or 0.5 percent at 8121.30 and the Sensex is up 98.49 points or 0.4 percent at 26326.11.
