Gail India: State gas utility GAIL India on Wednesday approved issuance of one bonus share for every three held and an interim dividend of 85 per cent to shore up government revenues. 


Wipro: IT major Wipro on Wednesday reported an 1.80 per cent quarter-on-quarter rise in consolidated net profit for December quarter Rs 2,109.60 crore compared with Rs 2,070.40 crore posted for the sequential quarter ended September 30, 2016. 


Dredging Corporation of India: The company has received 102 crore international contract for dredging in Pussur Channel from Mongla Port to Rampal Power Plant, Bangladesh. 


Dilip Buildcon: The National Highways Authority of India has declared Dilip Buildcon, Bhopal as the successful bidder for the project “Four laning of Tuljapur- Ausa (including Tuljapur Bypass) section of NH-361 from Km 0.0000 to Km 55.835 under NHDP Phave IV on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Maharashtra at a project cost of Rs 911.07 crore having length of 67.428 km and completion period of 24 months. 


Power Grid Corporation: Central transmission utility Power Grid Corporationhas entered into a pact with Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority for cooperation in areas like smart grid, transmission technology and distribution. 
Oberoi Realty: Oberoi Realty reported 60 per cent decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 84.92 crore for the December quarter of the current fiscal on a sharp dip in sales against the backdrop of demonetisation. 


Mphasis: The company informed bourses that a meeting of the board of directors is being convened on January 31 to consider a proposal of buyback of its own equity shares.


Indiabulls Real Estate: The company on Wednesday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 58.58 crore, up 13.70 per cent, against Rs 67.88 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. 


IIFL Holdings: For the quarter ended December 31, 2016, the company registered a net profit of Rs 222.30 crore, up 62 per cent, against Rs 137.20 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. 


Earnings Today: Eveready Industries, India Cements, ITC, Just Dial and Tata Coffee will announce their financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 on Friday. 


Blue Star: The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 14.50 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016, up 61.10 per cent, against Rs 9 crore in the same quarter last year.
