Ashok Leyland reports 71% surge in Q2 net profit despite fall in revenue
Ashok Leyland on Tuesday reported a 70.95 per cent YoY rise in standalone net profit at Rs 294 crore for the quarter ended September 30.
The company had reported a profit of Rs 172 crore for the same quarter last year. Revenues from operations stood at Rs 4,792 crore, down 7.59 per cent from Rs 5,186 crore reported for the same quarter last year.
