Delta Corp advances on reporting 8-fold jump in Q2 consolidated net profit
The company has reported over two fold jump in its net profit at Rs 26.47 crore for second quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 10.46 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 38.48% at Rs 88.31 crore for Q2FY17 as compared Rs 63.77 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported around 8 fold jump in its net profit after taxes, Minority Interest & Share of Profit / (Loss) of Associates at Rs 32.25 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016 as compared to Rs 4.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
The total income of the company increased by 44.34% at Rs 135.42 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 93.82 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
