Nifty 50: Nifty 50 opened on expected not as profit booking was the order of the day at the opening session but market soon picked up pace as buyers started entering and maintained a stock specific approach among the sustained rally which Nifty 50 has been showing for sometime and hence on expected note turned green as Midcap and other indices were at new closing high and hence we saw a range bound and positive session for the day as Nifty 50 was able to gain 35 points on closing or increase of 0.39% to the index and showed a continued momentum towards 9000 mark.
