Quickheal
falls 9% below its issue price to 291.55 once opening at 305.It made an
intraday high of 330, which it could not hold and finally slipped down to 291.
The
antivirus software provider raised Rs 451 crore through its initial public
offer (IPO) last week. The IPO consisted of fresh issue of Rs 250 crore and an
offer for sale of about 62.70 lakh equity shares by promoters Kailash Sahebrao
Katkar and Sanjay Sahebrao Katkar, as well as investor Sequoia Capital India
Investment Holdings III.
