Yesterday we have seen sluggish move in Nifty future.
Neither it breached its support nor its resistance. We have seen sluggish move
in stocks too.
Now what to expect???
Nifty future has support at 7402 and resistance at 7488.
Looks positive and could test its resistance level of 7488. Once break and
sustain above 7488 will see sharp upside rally till 7513---7528 mark. More and
more power will see only weekly close above 7540 mark.
Else it could test its support level of 7402 mark again.
Break and sustain + close below 7402 will see sharp downside
move till 7382---7355 and then to 7288 mark.
7222 act as major support in Nifty while 7488---7528 act as
hurdle. We will expect range bound trading again with high volatility in Nifty
and Bank Nifty. So traders can trade safely with levels only and wait for
confirmation.
